Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mados Ventures Holding Co. LLC, doing business as 3Plexis ("3Plexis," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the 3Plexis platform, including our website and connected services (the "Service").

1. Information You Provide

When you sign up for or use 3Plexis, we collect information you give us directly, such as your name, business name, email address, and information about your business (for example, a description of your services or your target customers) that you submit through our onboarding or diagnostic forms.

2. Account and Business Information

We maintain records associated with your account, including your subscription/package selection, billing status (processed by our payment provider, Stripe), and operational records generated by the Service on your behalf (for example, generated content drafts, sales-readiness briefs, or message-processing records described below).

3. Connected Third-Party Services

Depending on which part of the Service you use, you may connect third-party accounts to 3Plexis, such as a Google account for Gmail access (used by our Response Control feature). We only request the specific, minimum access needed to provide the feature you have enabled, and we never request more access than the feature requires. Response Control is not yet publicly available for customer onboarding; this section describes how it is designed to work once it is.

4. Google User Data (Gmail) — Response Control

3Plexis's Response Control feature is designed to help you keep on top of inbound business email. If you connect your Gmail account to this feature, here is exactly what that means.

What we access

With your explicit authorization through Google's own consent screen, 3Plexis requests read-only access to your Gmail messages, using Google's gmail.readonly scope — the minimum scope necessary for the feature. This scope lets us view message content (such as sender, subject, and body) that you have authorized us to read.

What we do not do

3Plexis's Gmail access is strictly read-only. We do not send email on your behalf, reply to messages, archive or delete messages, mark messages read or unread, or modify labels. We do not have the technical capability to take any of those actions with the access you grant us.

Why we access it

We process the Gmail messages you authorize us to read solely to generate governed, human-reviewed Response Control outputs for you — for example, a summary of an inbound message, extracted requests or commitments, and a proposed (not automatically sent) draft reply for your own review and approval. Access is limited to providing this functionality; every output requires your explicit review before any further action is taken by you.

Retention and deletion

Our production design for this feature is to not retain the content of successfully processed messages once a result has been produced; a record is retained only where necessary to diagnose a failed request, and even that is automatically pruned. You may request deletion of any Google-derived data we hold about you at any time using the contact method on our Contact page; deletion requests require verifying your identity as the authorized account holder and are subject to explicit human approval before anything is deleted, consistent with our internal data-governance controls.

Backups

We maintain a rolling internal backup of our systems, currently retained for up to 14 days. Data deleted from our active systems may remain in a secured backup copy created before your deletion request until that backup copy is automatically rotated out, which occurs within 14 days.

Sharing

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to providing you the Response Control functionality you requested. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except: (a) to the service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service on your behalf (for example, our workflow-automation and hosting infrastructure), each bound to use the data only to provide that infrastructure to us, or (b) where required by law.

Limited Use disclosure

3Plexis's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How to disconnect / revoke access

You can revoke 3Plexis's access to your Gmail account at any time through your Google Account's third-party access settings. You may also contact us through our Contact page if you want us to confirm disconnection and request deletion of any Google-derived data associated with your account.

5. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to provide and operate the Service you have signed up for, generate the outputs specific to each product, communicate with you about your account, and maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

6. Data Storage and Security

Information is stored on infrastructure we operate and, where applicable, with third-party service providers we use to run the Service (for example, our payment processor and our automation/hosting infrastructure). We take reasonable steps intended to protect information in our care, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention and Backups

We generally retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We maintain a rolling internal backup of our systems, retained for up to 14 days. If you request deletion of your data, we remove it from our active systems promptly; a copy may nonetheless persist in a backup created before your request until that backup is automatically rotated out within 14 days.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

We use a limited number of third-party service providers to operate the Service, including a payment processor (Stripe) to process subscription payments and a workflow-automation/hosting provider to run the Service's backend processing. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function for us and are not authorized to use it for their own independent purposes.

9. Your Choices and Data Deletion Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, including any Google-derived data described in Section 4, by contacting us using the method on our Contact page. We will respond to verified requests in a reasonable timeframe.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or in a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of our users or the public.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

13. Contact Us

Questions about this Privacy Policy or requests regarding your data can be directed to us via our Contact page.
